Under the guidance of our chef-instructor, you’ll learn to harvest, prep, and cook a variety of dishes using ingredients straight from the garden—or your local farmer’s market. From rustic salads and herb-forward mains to refreshing infusions and garden-fresh desserts, every recipe celebrates the beauty of seasonal produce.
